All Products are made to order, which means that they are produced specifically for you as soon as your order is placed. By placing an order on our Website or email, you make an offer to conclude a work contract to which you remain bound for 10 business days. The work contract for production of the Product becomes binding as we send you an order confirmation to you email address.
The turnaround time for Products that are ordered on our Website or email in high season is between one (1) to two (2) weeks and in low season eight (8) to ten (10) weeks plus shipping, but can be up to twelve (12) weeks plus shipping if the order is placed during peak sales periods.
